Talent Partner (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Green by Nature is seeking a Talent Partner to cover a six‑month maternity leave. Based in the New Zealand head office, you will drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process across the country, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to 30 vacancies simultaneously, from job ad creation to hire.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience and keep applicants informed.
• Partner with hiring managers to advertise roles promptly and write engaging job ads.
• Source candidates via talent pools, social media, and job boards.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage pre‑employment checks including drug tests and references.
• Collaborate with the People & Organisational Development team to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain up‑to‑date recruitment materials and position descriptions.
• Train and advise hiring managers on best‑practice recruitment.
• Identify process improvements and support recruitment projects, career expos, and team initiatives.
