Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology & Strategy Recruitment

About the role

Genesis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its Technology, Strategy & Transformation and Corporate portfolios. You will work closely with hiring leaders and People Partners to understand talent needs and deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle for technology, strategy, transformation and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders and People Partners to align recruitment with business priorities and people plans.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping and targeted attraction strategies.
• Use market insights, data and recruitment expertise to guide hiring decisions and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Champion continuous improvement by adopting new technology, AI‑enabled tools and smarter ways of working.

Required profile

• Experienced Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys building trusted relationships and finding great talent.
• Commercially minded, curious and proactive with a passion for delivering outcomes for leaders and candidates.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment and proactive sourcing in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder partnering skills with confidence to influence and coach hiring leaders.
• Commercial mindset using market insights and data to shape recruitment strategies.
• Interest or experience in Talent Acquisition projects, continuous improvement initiatives and embracing AI‑enabled tools.
