About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive Partly’s rapid growth, expanding the team from around 100 to over 1,200 globally. In this hands‑on role you will own the full recruitment cycle for APAC‑based positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for APAC roles, from intake and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure high‑quality hires.
- Design and improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to support scalable growth.
- Contribute to talent infrastructure and systems that sustain rapid expansion.
- Ensure each hire aligns with Partly’s culture and raises the performance bar.
