Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

This is a rare opportunity to join Endura Mining at a foundational stage, supporting rapid growth of its gold and copper projects in New Zealand. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will own end‑to‑end recruitment for the mining site while helping to embed scalable hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle recruitment for mining, operations, trades, technical and corporate positions.
• Partner with site leaders to understand workforce needs, rosters and operational constraints.
• Source candidates for hard‑to‑fill blue‑collar and regional roles and run volume hiring campaigns when required.
• Coordinate interviews, site assessments, medicals, background checks and offers, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Build trusted relationships with site leadership and frontline teams through regular site visits.
• Support workforce planning discussions with operational leaders.
• Assist in implementing new recruitment systems, tools, workflows and ATS selection.
• Develop recruitment templates, hiring guidelines and ensure compliance with legislation and site requirements.
• Represent Endura at careers events, track recruitment metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruiter, preferably in mining, resources, construction or blue‑collar environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with site leaders and frontline staff.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments and able to travel regularly to mine sites.
• Organised, resilient and outcomes‑focused.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment systems and applicant tracking software (ATS).
