Systems Support Analyst – IT Core Team

About the role

Woolworths New Zealand is looking for a Systems Support Analyst to join its Core IT team. Reporting to the End User Compute Team Leader, you will provide both on‑site and remote technical assistance across stores, distribution centres and support offices throughout Aotearoa.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality technical support for desktop hardware, software applications, mobility devices and other technology solutions.
• Perform initial on‑site analysis of network infrastructure issues and coordinate escalation to vendors or specialised support teams.
• Support and enforce IT policies, standards and initiatives across all local IT systems and platforms.
• Assist with technical requirements for new stores, distribution centres and support offices.
• Provide face‑to‑face and remote assistance, building relationships with customers to understand and address their technical needs.

Required profile

• Positive, approachable attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Can‑do mindset capable of delivering Level 1‑3 support.
• Collaborative team player eager to develop technical skills.

Required skills

• Sound understanding of Google Suite.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Domain environments.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure (advantage).
• Basic scripting or development experience (advantage).
