About the role
Oji Fibre Solutions is seeking a Sustainability Manager to join its Sustainability team in Auckland. The position is embedded in a manufacturing environment and will help drive the company’s vision of becoming the best supplier of pulp and packaging for its customers. You will act as a key member of the sustainability team, contributing to strategy development, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Work across a broad range of sustainability workstreams within a manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability considerations into core operations.
- Support the delivery of the company’s vision for responsible pulp and packaging supply.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to reduce environmental impact and improve resource efficiency across manufacturing processes.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in sustainability, environmental management or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid setting and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
