About the role

The Salvation Army is looking for a Supportive Housing Property Coordinator to join its team in Auckland CBD. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the organisation’s housing and homelessness services, helping to create safe and stable homes for people in need.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate property maintenance, tenancy matters and repairs for supportive housing units.
  • Liaise with tenants, service providers and contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate property records, budgets and reporting for housing projects.

Required profile

  • Passionate about making a difference in the community.
  • Willing and able to work on‑site in Auckland.
