Supply Planning Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Planning Manager to ensure that the right components and materials reach production at the right time. In this role you will translate demand signals into material requirements, manage purchase orders and maintain healthy inventory levels to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end supply plan across the product portfolio, converting forecasts into material and component needs.
• Place, track and manage purchase orders, confirming schedules and flagging risks early.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with contract manufacturers and key suppliers, using influence to expedite deliveries.
• Identify single‑source exposures, lead‑time cliffs and geopolitical risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate daily supply and delivery issues, establishing communication cadences with internal operations and sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning, materials management or related supply‑chain functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate demand forecasts into actionable plans.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive risk‑management approach and ability to devise mitigation strategies.
