Supply Network Planner – New Zealand

About the role

Suntory Oceania is seeking a Supply Network Planner to manage end‑to‑end supply and distribution planning for its New Zealand portfolio. Based in Wiri, you will ensure the right products are available at the right time while balancing service, cost, inventory, and risk across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans for full‑bottle spirits and third‑party suppliers.
• Lead distribution requirements planning across the NZ network to optimise stock levels.
• Partner with demand planning, commercial, and operational teams to maximise service outcomes.
• Identify supply risks and opportunities, providing clear mitigation plans.
• Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, including S&OE forums and supply reviews.
• Manage inventory targets in line with service and working capital objectives.
• Support new product launches by assessing supply‑chain risks and readiness.
• Lead and develop a small team to deliver strong performance outcomes.

Required profile

• Collaborative and analytical supply‑chain professional with experience in fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive problem‑solver with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience (or aspiration) in leading and developing a high‑performing team.

Required skills

• SAP or similar planning systems.
• Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
