Supply Chain Transformation Manager – Finance & Operations

About the role

PwC New Zealand is looking for a Manager to join its Finance and Operations Transformation team in Auckland. The role focuses on delivering supply chain and operations transformation for private and public sector clients, helping them achieve sustainable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support end‑to‑end supply chain and operations transformation engagements, from analysis through implementation.
• Work across warehousing, transport management, supply chain planning, and integrated business planning.
• Analyse operational, financial and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, ERP or business transformation.
• Understanding of the full supply‑chain lifecycle from strategy to execution.
• Experience managing complex client projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, economics, finance, operations or a related field.
