Supply Chain Planner – Contract Logistics

About the role

As a Supply Chain Planner in CEVA Logistics' Contract Logistics team, you will support a major telecommunications customer in Auckland. You will ensure handsets, modems, SIM cards and related products reach stores and channel partners on time and in the right quantities, covering demand planning, replenishment, inventory analysis, production scheduling and new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop demand, replenishment and fulfilment plans across multiple retail and distribution channels.
• Analyse demand signals, inventory trends, safety‑stock levels and distribution‑centre stock.
• Support promotional forecasting, seasonal demand and new‑product launches, including constrained stock allocation.
• Coordinate production plans with CEVA’s warehouse and production teams to meet customer priorities.
• Monitor inventory health and recommend actions for stock‑outs, overstock, slow‑moving inventory and supply risks.
• Provide analysis and guidance to the customer on inventory levels, replenishment needs and purchase planning.
• Maintain regular communication on stock positions, production progress, ETAs and emerging risks.
• Investigate performance issues, identify root causes and work with operational stakeholders to implement recovery plans.
• Build effective relationships with the customer’s retail and supply‑chain teams and CEVA’s internal teams.

Required profile

• Solid experience in supply‑chain planning, including demand, replenishment, inventory or production planning.
• Broad understanding of safety‑stock, distribution‑centre inventory, warehouse activity and product availability.
• Experience supporting multiple retail, sales or distribution channels in a high‑SKU or fast‑moving environment.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience with ERP, inventory or planning systems.
