Supply Chain Business Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Business Consultant to drive implementation and optimisation of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and RELEX demand‑forecasting solutions. The role works closely with business stakeholders, operations teams and technology partners to deliver end‑to‑end supply‑chain technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation, enhancement and maintenance of MAWM and/or RELEX solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements from supply‑chain and warehouse stakeholders.
• Configure system settings based on business requirements.
• Participate in solution design and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Perform functional, integration, regression and user‑acceptance testing (UAT).
• Investigate system issues and coordinate resolution with business and technical teams.
• Support deployment, production releases and post‑go‑live stabilisation.
• Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Prepare training materials, documentation and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with business users, implementation partners and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in supply‑chain, warehouse management, demand planning or retail‑technology environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain, warehouse, inventory and demand‑planning processes.
• Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements and production support.
• Hands‑on experience with system configuration, testing and business‑process validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in cross‑functional project environments.
