Supply Chain Analyst – New Zealand

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in New Zealand. The role focuses on analysing supply‑chain data, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting efficient procurement, logistics and operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse supply chain performance data and prepare management reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend improvements to inventory management processes.
• Support demand planning, forecasting and supply chain optimisation initiatives.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, logistics and distribution.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies and cost‑saving opportunities within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers and internal departments to improve operational performance.
• Assist in developing and maintaining supply chain models and analytical tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain supply chain databases and reporting systems.
• Support process improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations based on analytical findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Economics or a related field.
• Previous experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, procurement, inventory management or a related role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in New Zealand.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of supply chain software.
