Supplier Success Manager – New Zealand

About the role

As a Supplier Success Manager for New Zealand, you will own the journey of a supplier from contract signing to becoming an active, high‑performing partner on Partly’s Repair Network. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will work at the heart of the NZ supply team, ensuring suppliers are fully integrated, list accurate inventory and drive ongoing adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Take the hand‑off from Sales and guide each new supplier through contract signature to full go‑live.
• Integrate suppliers onto the platform, verify accurate inventory listings and availability.
• Drive day‑to‑day adoption, engagement and performance monitoring.
• Hold suppliers accountable to high‑performance standards so repairers can trust part availability.
• Act as the primary trusted partner for suppliers, addressing operational issues and fostering long‑term success.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, customer‑facing professional with commercial and operational ownership.
• Passionate about helping suppliers succeed and comfortable diving into marketplace performance details.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
