Supervisor Support Services

About the role

Alliance is seeking an experienced Supervisor for Support Services to lead a multi‑skilled team at its Lorneville site. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure that essential services such as cleaning, grounds maintenance, internal transport and general site support are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day support service operations, including cleaning, yard maintenance, internal transport and general site services.
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, wellbeing and environmental standards.
• Manage people processes – rosters, performance, development, engagement and attendance.
• Respond promptly to urgent service requests or incidents with practical solutions.
• Maintain equipment, tools and supplies to guarantee operational readiness.
• Drive a high‑performance team culture with clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee administration, reporting and compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and effective risk management across support services.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in facilities management, support services or a similar operational environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance, with the confidence to lead by example.
• Familiarity with MPI and relevant regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams.
• Reliable, trustworthy approach with a strong team‑first mindset.
• Minimum First Line Management Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience).
