About the role

Roche Diagnostics NZ is seeking a visionary Strategic Key Account Manager to join its Auckland team. You will blend sales instincts with a data‑driven approach to drive commercial excellence and enhance patient outcomes across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with key accounts, manage contracts, conduct high‑level business reviews and resolve commercial challenges.
• Map customer organisations, uncover hidden opportunities and inject insights into Roche Diagnostics NZ’s broader strategic vision.
• Partner seamlessly across Finance, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver integrated value to clients.
• Ensure all documentation and operations meet Roche’s gold standard for quality, compliance, health and safety.

• Strong analytical orientation, comfortable using data‑driven approaches to assess markets.
• Proven experience building and managing key account relationships.
