Strategic Client Account Manager

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Strategic Client Account Manager to support a key client relationship, shape account priorities, and drive growth across a complex, matrixed environment. You will partner with Lead Client Partners to deliver strategic outcomes and ensure Deloitte’s services create meaningful impact for the client.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Lead Client Service Partner to develop, prioritize, and execute the strategic account plan.
• Act as a trusted business partner, providing informed perspectives and constructive challenge to the client service team.
• Embed best practices in account operations, set effective cadence, and curate leadership forums to strengthen growth and relationships.
• Connect resources across service portfolios, uncover opportunities, and deliver unified Deloitte solutions.
• Own pipeline quality and account insight reporting, using metrics to inform decisions and maintain momentum.
• Facilitate strategy workshops to align on client objectives, actions, and resources.
• Support pursuits by shaping opportunity strategy, mobilising resources, and improving win probability.
• Generate client insight through feedback and win/loss reviews, embedding insights into future actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic or key account management within a complex B2B environment.
• Experience working in a matrixed organisation, preferably in professional services or a similar corporate setting.
• Strong account planning and growth experience.
