Stores, Logistics & Sustainability Coordinator

About the role

Millbrook Resort is seeking two dedicated individuals to manage store operations, internal logistics and sustainability initiatives across the property. Working closely with the Commercial and Landscaping Managers, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while supporting waste, recycling and composting programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organise resort‑controlled stock, maintaining accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor stock levels, support rotation, and help reduce waste.
• Control beverage stock and coordinate internal stock transfers.
• Receive, sort and distribute deliveries, parcels and goods throughout the resort.
• Assist with regular stocktakes and keep precise stock records.
• Use PurchasePlus (or learn the system) for stock movements and related processes.
• Support waste, recycling and composting practices, monitoring streams and suggesting improvements.
• Provide clear communication and timely service to all departments.

Required profile

• Practical, hands‑on and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Well‑organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a busy operational environment.
• Confident communicator across a wide range of teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Interest in sustainability and environmentally responsible practices.
• Full NZ driver’s licence.

Required skills

• PurchasePlus (or willingness to learn the system).
