Storeperson & Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated all‑rounder to join our close‑knit team in East Tamaki. In this hybrid position you will split your day between hands‑on warehouse duties and front‑line customer service, ensuring smooth order flow and happy clients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store and dispatch stock, conduct regular stock takes and maintain a tidy, safe warehouse environment.
• Pack orders accurately and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Answer customer enquiries by phone and email, assist walk‑in visitors and process sales orders.
• Provide order updates and support the sales team during peak phone periods.
• Collaborate closely with a partner to balance workflow between logistics and sales support.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar logistics environment.
• Strong, friendly communication skills for customer interaction.
• High energy, good physical stamina and a positive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Clear MOJ record and ability to pass a pre‑employment medical/drug screen.
• Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.

Required skills

• Forklift licence (F endorsement / OSH) preferred or willingness to obtain one.
