About the role

Longveld is seeking a Storeperson to join its award‑winning Waikato team. This is a hands‑on, varied position that keeps the workshop operating smoothly on a four‑day work week (Monday‑Thursday). The role is fixed‑term for 12 months, providing essential support for workshop logistics and inventory flow.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, and dispatch materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organise stock locations.
• Operate a forklift to move pallets and heavy items safely.
• Support workshop activities by ensuring required parts and tools are available.
• Uphold health and safety standards within the warehouse environment.

Required profile

• People‑first attitude with a collaborative mindset.
• Reliable, hands‑on approach and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work a four‑day week and cover fixed‑term parental leave.

Required skills

• Forklift licence (valued).
