Store Operations Manager – Queenstown

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Store Operations Manager to lead our MECCA store in Queenstown. This full‑time position will oversee daily store operations, ensure a beautiful presentation, and drive team performance in a fast‑moving beauty retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and store presentation.
• Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional set‑ups.
• Conduct and audit regular stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Build a high‑performing team through ongoing training, mentoring and feedback.
• Motivate staff to meet KPIs and uphold company values.

Required profile

• Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
• Coaching and mentoring experience with a focus on team development.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Genuine care for people and commitment to delivering an excellent team member experience.
