Store Manager – Retail Apparel

About the role

PVH is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Tommy Hilfiger boutique in Queenstown, New Zealand. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store KPIs including sales targets, conversion rate, average transaction value, and shrinkage.
• Recruit, train, mentor and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement entrepreneurial initiatives.
• Maintain impeccable grooming standards and brand representation.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail apparel or customer‑service environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational KPIs.
• Strong communication and people‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with experience in inventory control and visual merchandising.
• Energetic, authentic, and positive attitude.
