Store Manager – Manawa Bay Factory Outlet

About the role

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to head our Manawa Bay Factory Outlet in Auckland. The Store Manager will be the face of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation, customer service, and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the team to meet KPI’s, sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Own the store’s commercial results, communicate performance data and drive action plans.
• Analyse sales and operational data, challenge the status quo and implement improvements.
• Maintain visual merchandising and in‑store communication standards.
• Oversee inventory processing and ensure a seamless stock‑to‑floor flow.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal partners to support brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a retail leadership role, preferably with a global men’s/women’s brand.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience meeting budgeted sales.
• Energetic, results‑driven and passionate about people and product.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑exposure concept store.
