Stockroom Specialist – Factory Outlet (Auckland)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Stockroom Specialist to join our Manawa Bay Factory Outlet in Auckland. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering a premium outlet experience through efficient stockroom operations, logistics and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day stockroom activities, including receiving, storing and moving stock to the sales floor.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock‑to‑floor service.
• Provide feedback on resource needs to meet stockroom operational requirements.
• Represent adidas brand values and ensure compliance with global retail directives, processes and standards.
• Identify and propose improvements to enhance the factory‑outlet experience.
• Contribute to store profitability by meeting sales and profit targets.
• Support the store team in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail stockroom or warehouse environments.
• Background as a retail team leader in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of stockroom procedures and inventory control.
• Legal right to work permanently in New Zealand.
