Stock Picker Forklift Operator with Admin Duties

About the role

We are looking for a Stock Picker forklift operator who will also provide administrative support in our Highbrook warehouse. The role starts immediately on a day‑shift schedule and offers a pathway to a permanent position within a safety‑focused logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a Stock Picker (Man Up) forklift safely to support warehouse operations.
• Handle inbound logistics, ensuring goods are received and processed accurately.
• Perform data entry, stock movements and cycle counting using the warehouse management system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support general warehouse duties.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the wider operations team.

Required profile

• Current New Zealand Stock Picker/Man Up licence and ability to work at heights.
• Previous experience in warehouse inbound or receiving operations.
• Strong administrative and computer skills, including experience with warehouse systems.
• Physically fit, safety‑conscious and comfortable with manual handling.
