Stock Picker Forkhoist Operator (Admin)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Stock Picker Forkhoist Operator who can also provide administrative support in our Highbrook, East Tamaki warehouse. The role combines hands‑on forklift operation with data‑entry tasks to keep inventory accurate and the flow of goods smooth.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a Stock Picker (Man Up) forklift safely to move and pick items.
• Process inbound shipments, ensuring goods are received and recorded correctly.
• Enter data, update stock movements and perform cycle counts using the warehouse management system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support general warehouse duties.
• Work both independently and as part of the wider operations team.

Required profile

• Current New Zealand Stock Picker/Man Up licence.
• Experience in warehouse inbound or receiving operations.
• Comfortable working at heights and physically fit.
• Strong attention to detail and safety‑conscious mindset.

Required skills

• Stock Picker forklift operation.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage.
• Data entry.
