Specialist Science Teacher – Gore Campus

About the role

OneSchool Global NZ is seeking a full‑time permanent Specialist Science Teacher for its Gore Campus. You will deliver engaging science lessons to students both in‑person and via Zoom, supporting their preparation for NCEA assessments and fostering curiosity about the natural world.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver captivating science curriculum aligned with the New Zealand Curriculum and NCEA standards.
• Facilitate hands‑on experiments and practical investigations.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Engage students across multiple campuses through in‑person teaching and Zoom sessions.
• Prepare students for successful performance in assessments and beyond.

Required profile

• Recent knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum and NCEA requirements.
• NZ‑based teaching experience, preferably with NCEA exposure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a nationwide teaching team.
• Commitment to a full‑time permanent position.
