Specialist Paver Operator (Slipform)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Paver Operator to join our civil construction team. In this role you will operate high‑spec slipform paving machines on a variety of concrete infrastructure projects, ensuring precise, high‑quality finishes that meet project tolerances.

Key responsibilities

• Operate slipform paving machines, including Wirtgen equipment, to deliver concrete paving works across civil sites.
• Perform daily plant checks, maintain equipment safety, and report any issues.
• Collaborate with site teams to align paving activities with programme targets and sequencing.
• Identify and resolve on‑site challenges to keep paving operations running smoothly.
• Contribute to a safe, organised and productive work environment.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in concrete slipform paving.
• Proven ability to work reliably within a team and a strong commitment to safety.
• Experience with high‑spec machinery and willingness to follow strict quality standards.

Required skills

• Operation of slipform paving machines (e.g., Wirtgen slipform pavers).
• Use of Wirtgen texture and curing machines.
• Familiarity with Leica 3D machine‑control systems.
