Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, future‑focused software solutions that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to translate complex requirements into clear technical designs and guide delivery across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide solution design and define architectural standards.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
• Recommend appropriate technologies and ensure performance, security, and reliability.
• Support project planning, risk management, and delivery coordination.
• Mentor development teams and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in software development environments.
• Strong background designing cloud‑based, web‑based, or enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of modern development practices such as microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
