About the role

Jamie Kay Group is seeking a commercially‑minded Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead paid social initiatives across multiple platforms. The role focuses on driving audience growth, brand awareness, and commercial results through strategic campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day management of paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
• Execute, monitor and optimise campaigns across regions, managing budgets, pacing and performance.
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Collaborate with creative, eCommerce and broader marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Analyse performance data, translate insights into actionable recommendations and produce regular reports.
