We are seeking a results‑driven Social Media Marketing Manager who can turn attention into measurable business growth. This is not a traditional content‑posting role; you will design, test, and scale viral campaigns across major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data‑focused social media strategy that drives audience growth, engagement, and conversions.
• Generate content concepts built for virality, including hooks, captions, scripts, and short‑form video angles.
• Plan, launch, and optimise viral marketing campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X and other platforms.
• Manage posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, and double down on high‑performing assets.
• Identify emerging trends early and adapt them to the brand’s voice and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transform ideas into high‑impact content.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing brands, accounts, creators, or businesses through social media.
• Demonstrated success with viral campaigns, significant follower growth, strong engagement rates, and revenue or lead generation.
• Highly creative, data‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ownership mindset with honesty about what works and what doesn’t.
