About the role

Join the newly formed McCann Aotearoa team in Central Auckland as a Social Content Creator. You will craft short‑form video and visual content that resonates across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms, helping top New Zealand brands connect with audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, shoot and edit compelling short‑form social videos from idea to final delivery.
• Produce platform‑first content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories and emerging formats.
• Collaborate closely with social, creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
• Stay ahead of social trends, formats and emerging behaviours to keep content fresh.

Required profile

• Strong eye for storytelling and social trends.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Proactive, collaborative and creatively driven.
• Experience in an agency, production house or similar content environment is preferred.
