About the role

We are seeking a Snowflake Solution Architect to join a leading global consultancy serving the financial services sector. The role is hybrid, requiring 2‑3 days on‑site in Auckland, and offers a competitive salary package.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end Snowflake data solutions for multi‑million‑dollar projects.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into scalable architecture.
• Integrate Snowflake with cloud platforms and orchestration tools such as ETL pipelines, CI/CD, DBT, and Airflow.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Stay current with AI advancements and explore how they can enhance data solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience architecting Snowflake solutions in complex, enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale projects on time and within budget.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a willingness to experiment with new approaches.
