Sleep Coach - Customer Service and Sales Assistant

About the role

Join Resmed’s Christchurch clinic as a Sleep Coach, combining customer service, administration and sales support to help people improve their sleep health. You will work directly with customers on their sleep therapy journey, providing guidance, education and a welcoming in‑clinic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in improving sleep health with empathy and clear information.
• Provide education on sleep therapy solutions and support product selection.
• Coordinate sleep studies and liaise with sleep physicians.
• Manage reception duties, appointment scheduling and general administration.
• Support customers during fitting of sleep devices and maintain clinic cleanliness.

Required profile

• Experience in retail or customer‑service environments.
• Warm, empathetic approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a busy environment and multiple priorities.
• Solution‑focused mindset and good problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
