Site Engineer (Precast Yard)

About the role

Join Brian Perry Civil’s precast yard as a Site Engineer, working hands‑on alongside supervisors and crews to keep daily production on track. You will be at the heart of planning, quality checking and coordinating the safe, efficient delivery of precast elements.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily and short‑term production planning across the yard.
• Collaborate with crews to organise tasks, sequencing and workflow.
• Verify work against drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate materials, plant and subcontractors for assigned tasks.
• Track progress, productivity and basic cost information.
• Assist with safety, environmental and quality processes on site.

Required profile

• Engineering qualification in civil engineering or a related field.
• Up to 3 years’ experience in construction or a similar environment.
• Understanding of construction methods and site‑based work.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Organised approach to managing tasks and priorities.
