Showroom Design Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Showroom Design Coordinator to lead the design workflow in our retail environment. You will ensure customers receive accurate designs and quotations while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the design process.
• Coordinate the design team’s workflow to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure all designs are peer‑reviewed before finalisation.
• Manage timely completion of designs and quotations.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, including follow‑ups.
• Support the team with troubleshooting and customer remediation when required.

Required profile

• Proven design experience, ideally within a showroom or retail setting.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Customer‑first mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
• Problem‑solving skills with a practical approach.
