Service Manager – Integrated Health Services

About the role
We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our integrated mental health and addiction services in Avondale. The role focuses on managing teams, monitoring service performance, and delivering positive whānau outcomes through kaupapa Māori practice.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of integrated mental health and addiction programmes.
- Lead and support multidisciplinary teams to achieve service targets.
- Track and report on service performance metrics and outcomes.
- Apply kaupapa Māori principles to ensure culturally appropriate care.
- Coordinate resources, including the use of company‑provided vehicle, laptop and mobile phone.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing health or community services, preferably in mental health or addiction.
- Strong understanding of Māori cultural frameworks and whānau‑centred approaches.
- Demonstrated leadership and team‑development abilities.
