Service Desk Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join our Wellington team and provide hands‑on IT support to internal customers across a range of technologies. You will be the first point of contact for incidents and service requests, helping to maintain smooth operations in a fast‑paced education environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for mobile devices (Android and Apple), remote access, and Microsoft applications.
• Deliver application, desktop, printing, Exchange, and internet support.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure user security.
• Assist onsite when required and manage user access provisioning and de‑provisioning.
• Monitor incident trends, capture accurate data, and escalate complex issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery and incident management.
