Service Coordinator

About the role

The Service Coordinator will play a pivotal role in keeping our busy workshop running smoothly for a large local customer base. You will work side‑by‑side with skilled mechanics in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment, supporting day‑to‑day operations and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the workshop team in coordinating service schedules and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, parts, and labour to support efficient workflow.
• Provide administrative support such as invoicing, reporting and stock management.
• Help resolve any service‑related issues quickly to minimise downtime.
• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld throughout the workshop.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a mechanical environment and work well under pressure.
• Positive attitude with a genuine interest in supporting New Zealand’s agricultural sector.
