Service Consultant

About the role

As a Casual Service Consultant you will be the friendly face of ANZ, helping customers with everyday banking, digital solutions and connecting them to the right products.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and support their everyday banking needs.
• Have meaningful conversations to understand customer priorities and recommend suitable solutions.
• Assist customers with ANZ's digital banking tools and build their confidence using them.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and securely while following bank policies.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth branch operations and great customer outcomes.
• Share ideas, celebrate successes and contribute to a positive team culture.
