About the role

Join a leading luxury marine company as a Service Administrator providing executive support to the Service Manager and Service Advisors. You will be the backbone of the service team, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Service Manager and Service Advisors.
  • Manage service documentation, scheduling, and customer communications.
  • Maintain accurate service records and ensure timely follow‑up on service requests.
  • Coordinate internal and external correspondence related to marine service operations.

Required profile

  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a service‑oriented environment.
