SEO & AI Search Manager

About the role

We are looking for an SEO & AI Search Manager to lead organic visibility for The Warehouse Group’s portfolio of brands, including The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery and Noel Leeming. Based within the Omni function, you will shape the search strategy across classic search engines and emerging AI‑driven discovery platforms, driving traffic, engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the SEO and AI search roadmap for all TWG brands.
• Grow organic traffic, revenue and share of search through technical SEO, content optimisation and AI‑search readiness initiatives.
• Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Identify visibility opportunities on Google and AI‑powered search platforms.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and content teams to embed search best practices.
• Monitor algorithm updates, search trends and emerging AI technologies.
• Report performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, marketing and content teams.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
