Senior User Acquisition Manager – Meta (Core)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead high‑scale Meta (Facebook) campaigns for web‑based dating and social discovery products. Based in New Zealand and working fully remote, you will own the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel for Tier‑1 markets, especially the USA, driving performance across large monthly budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta user acquisition campaigns for web funnels, focusing on Tier‑1 markets.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and manage budgets of $200K‑$300K+ per channel.
• Build and maintain Business Manager structures, tracking infrastructure, domains, whitelists, and payment flows.
• Run continuous hypothesis‑driven creative testing cycles and scale winning assets.
• Develop automation solutions (rules, scripts, third‑party integrations) to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV to ensure sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Senior‑level, hands‑on experience with Meta user acquisition in web/B2C environments.
• Proven success in Tier‑1 markets, especially the USA.
• Experience managing paid media budgets of at least $100K/month (ideally $200K+).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Hands‑on execution focus (70‑80% execution, 20‑30% strategy).
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI‑assisted creative testing.
