Senior Test Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst to lead the testing strategy for our global software platform. Based in Wellington, you will work closely with development and product teams to ensure high‑quality releases for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and define the end‑to‑end testing strategy across a global platform.
• Design, implement and maintain automated test suites using modern tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor test results, report defects and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in quality assurance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software testing, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering reliable software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
