Senior Talent Specialist – Hardware

About the role

As a Senior Talent Specialist focusing on hardware, you will lead the recruitment of engineers and specialists who design, build, and ship Halter’s physical products. You will work closely with hardware engineering leaders to understand technical needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for hardware engineering roles across multiple regions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for disciplines such as embedded systems, PCB design, mechanical engineering, RF/antenna, firmware, and manufacturing.
• Partner with engineering managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview processes.
• Contribute to talent strategy and workforce planning aligned with product roadmap evolution.
• Shape and promote Halter’s employee value proposition for hardware talent.
• Develop scalable recruitment tools and practices to support growing hiring volumes.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques, technical assessments, and decision‑making.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within hardware hiring.

Required profile

• Several years of experience recruiting hardware engineering talent, including embedded, mechanical, RF, and manufacturing roles.
• Strong understanding of hardware engineering skill sets, toolchains, and career pathways.
• Proven ability to build deep talent pipelines and manage high‑volume hiring across geographies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
