Senior Supply Chain Category Manager

About the role

As a Senior Supply Chain Category Manager at 2degrees, you will own the end‑to‑end performance of a key product category. You will shape forecasting, demand planning, procurement and in‑store availability to drive sales and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a product category from accurate forecasting through to procurement execution.
• Drive exceptional in‑store availability that lifts sales and meets growth targets.
• Collaborate closely with Mobile & Broadband Product Managers, Mass Market Sales, Retail, Finance and external channel partners as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Balance ambitious sales goals with realistic supply‑chain constraints and inventory investment.
• Influence senior stakeholders with data‑backed recommendations and negotiate commercial terms.

Required profile

• Proactive, innovative leader with a strong bias for action.
• Proven experience in high‑value procurement, supply‑chain management or demand planning, responsible for $80 million+ spend or inventory in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Confident influencer and strategic thinker who can communicate clear, data‑driven recommendations.
• Highly analytical with advanced Excel expertise, strong numerical and statistical acumen, and the ability to translate strategy into operational plans while navigating ambiguity.
