About the role

Hays is looking for a Senior Sourcing Partner to join its Enterprise Solutions International Delivery Centre in Auckland. In this full‑time permanent role you will lead strategic sourcing campaigns for key client accounts, delivering both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering closely with onsite teams.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities and build strategic talent pools.
• Provide market insight and practical advice to hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate and stakeholder experience from initial contact through placement.
• Use data and analytics to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment within a fast‑paced, complex environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
• Commercial judgement and a data‑driven mindset.
• Proactive, results‑oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
