Senior Solution Architect – New Zealand Enterprise

About the role

As a Senior Solution Architect for New Zealand Enterprise customers, you will partner with large organisations to accelerate their AI and cloud journeys. You will act as a trusted advisor, designing scalable, flexible and resilient solutions on AWS while influencing product road‑maps.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to recommend best‑practice cloud and AI architectures aligned with long‑term business goals.
• Lead deep technical discussions, craft scalable cloud solutions, and own end‑to‑end customer engagements.
• Collaborate with internal AWS teams—including Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, Professional Services and partners—to deliver outcomes.
• Act as a thought leader by presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs and running workshops.
• Represent the customer voice to shape new AWS features and services.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale cloud solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for advising senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to work across diverse industries such as retail, telecommunications and media.
• Passion for innovation, experimentation and pushing technology boundaries.
