Senior Solution Architect – New Zealand Enterprise

About the role

As a Senior Solution Architect you will partner with New Zealand’s largest enterprises to accelerate their AI and cloud journeys. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers design scalable, flexible and resilient solutions on AWS while pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to recommend best‑practice cloud and AI architectures aligned with long‑term business goals.
• Lead technical solution discussions, dive deep into complex problems and craft scalable, resilient cloud designs.
• Scope and own customer engagements, defining clear objectives and success criteria.
• Collaborate with internal AWS teams (Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, Professional Services, partners) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Act as a thought leader by presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs and running workshops.
• Provide customer feedback to influence AWS product road‑maps and new service development.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale cloud and AI solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Thought‑leadership mindset with a passion for experimentation and innovation.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment.
