Senior Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead strategic architecture activities within a large, multi‑year transformation programme. You will work closely with senior business and technology leaders to define future‑state architectures, establish governance, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic architecture across major transformation initiatives.
• Define target‑state and transition‑state architectures that support long‑term business goals.
• Develop architecture road‑maps and strategic plans to guide programme delivery.
• Establish and maintain architectural governance and decision‑making frameworks.
• Provide architectural leadership in complex, evolving environments.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, risk, performance, and operational requirements.
• Drive alignment between enterprise strategy, architecture, and programme delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large‑scale enterprise transformation programmes.
• Background in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance environments.
• Strong expertise in architecture strategy, road‑map development, and governance.
• Ability to operate effectively with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
